Immigration for legals

So over the past few weeks after the Immigration fiasco that USCIS pulled last minute I was thinking over it.(trying to find my own explanation for this unfortunate incident).

Immigration by itself is not complicated. People all over the world migrate to other parts of world, looking for better life , job, prospects . It's human nature , can't change that.

So thinking about countries, United States of America seem like a good candidate ,people want to migrate here for better life, because they have heard so much about this country. How it has placed itself in super powers. How the system is efficient .Everything seems attractive .

Now when you think from USA's perspective, Its growing in all ways. Business is thriving , Demand is higher. Where there is demand there should be supply. So what is lacking in USA?

Well most companies would agree on this. They lack to produce enough talent to fulfill the growing demand. Which makes them look for talent in other countries.

As India and China got the most population its only logic they will find more talent which suits their needs. Companies hire people from these countries promising all the things that they dreamed off.

Now what does USA have to offer? after few years in the country , well Grass is not that green as we thought. Legal immigrants are still in queue to start their life. What they are denied is basic freedom to live their lives as they wish. something so trivial as switching jobs when they want.

Now the question is WHY? Should the country think its privileged because its giving all these people opportunities? or  Should the Country feel humbled when these talent could have gone anywhere in world and they choose USA? It's a chicken and egg situation now.

But what will happen if this goes on, if the legal immigrants waiting for just basic freedom is pushed hard?

What will the future generation think? They might change the picture in their mind about USA. The grass on this side won't appear green anymore. Now that is a problem to think about. What USA forgets is Europe and China is equally growing. The future could migrate there , so what will happen over here? Business will thrive or will it shift to other countries looking for talent.

If you think business is going down for these companies or USA will be able to take care of this demand in talent in 5 yrs from now. Well then you are living in a bubble. Economy is only growing. We are contributing our life for your growth.(The country's growth is not our growth, you have restrained us from thinking what is yours is ours)   and we just demand one simple thing. If you want us to stay here and future generation to come here to help you build a better tomorrow, then help us.  we are not your enemy.  We are only called when there is a demand. Just like any other product.

USA imports all kinds of products. Once that is in the country, Can some other people claim rights on it?

It becomes part of the country, Why do you think talent is any different, why alienate us?

All these stress about not knowing how your life is going to be , Do you think it helps us? The productivity will be low thus affecting the business and affects the economy.
